Thank you very much for your comment, a sort of nostalgic feel is what I tend to aim for so I am really pleased that you felt something along the same lines.
As for the visual effect, it was due to no real skill of mine, it was almost completely accidental; due to a faulty camera with expired film inside... overall a very happy mistake.

Thanks for your input on my painting! It was the first one I'd ever done, and I want to put it in my portfolio for art school, but I wasn't sure if it was good enough. I think you're definitely very talented! Do you know where you want to go to school and what you want to major in? Or is that too far in the future for you?

I would definitely include this in your portfolio, it will really give them a sense of your diversity, and that can only be a good thing. :)

Thank you very much! I don't plan to go to any schools, once I graduate high school I'm going to live in a forest and give away my art to anyone who wants it. :)

You're very talented! You could do amazing things and travel amazing places with that kind of work. But whatever makes you happy makes you happy! I'll definitely be the first in line for some of that artwork :heart: :)
